At DIYSPLAY, we know you're excited to receive your order, and we aim to deliver it to you as quickly as possible! We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 working days of placement. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays, but rest assured, we will get your order on its way as soon as possible.

Delivery

All shipments within the Netherlands are handled by PostNL/DHL, and for international deliveries, local postal services will manage the order upon arrival in your country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code so you can monitor its progress. Please keep in mind that tracking updates may not always be in real-time once the parcel has left the Netherlands. Shipping within The Hague is free of charge and handled by our own delivery service.

Shipping Costs

• Within the Netherlands:

-€3.20 for packages that fit through the mailbox.
-€5.95 for regular packages delivered to your home or a service point.
-Free shipping on orders over €50.00.

• International Shipping: Shipping costs for international destinations vary. You can calculate the exact shipping costs at checkout. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please feel free to contact us—we offer worldwide shipping and are happy to assist with your order.
