Return Policy

Welcome to DIYSPLAY!

At DIYSPLAY, we aim to ensure you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have the right to return or exchange your order (or part of it) within 14 days from the day after you receive your items. Please ensure that the product and its packaging are handled with care during this period. All products should be returned in perfect condition, including all original tags and packaging.

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email at info@diysplay.nl with the following information:

• Your order number

• Product description (if returning only part of your order)

• Your name and address

Conditions:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

• You are responsible for any loss or theft during the return shipment.

• Unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns will be refused and sent back to you.

• Products must be in perfect condition for resale, with all original tags and packaging.

If you return your entire order, we will refund the total amount paid, including shipping costs incurred when placing the order.

If returning only part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products only.

In the case of free shipping on orders above €50.00 within the Netherlands, shipping costs may still be applied. These costs will be deducted from the refund of the returned products.

We will process refunds within 14 business days after receiving the returned items.

Please note, if the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for any depreciation in value. Therefore, please handle the product carefully and ensure it is securely packaged when returned.
